Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 pound (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Hunt's diced tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 can (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Penne Rigate, 1 1/2 c (remove)

Directions

-brown chicken with onion and garlic in oil
-boil penne as instructed
-drain and add tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, & green pepper
-bring to full boil, turn down heat, simmer for 20 minutes
-serve with chicken and sauce over penne
-makes 4 servings
