Introduction

My kids even like this fish dish! My kids even like this fish dish!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup light mayo
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
    1 TBS. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    chives if desired
    wild caught salmon--24 oz.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the salmon and mix well. Spread mayo mix over the top of the salmon covering all of the meat. Place salmon, skin side down, on a baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes until the fish flakes with a fork and the topping is golden brown.

    Very good! I used fat free miracle whip and 1 TBSP olive oil, instead of the light mayo, and used a litte dill weed instead of the chives - 3/29/10

    made this and it was awesome - made some changes - added crushed garlic to the mayo -baked @350 for 20 min and 400 for the last 10 - was great

    The fish was included in the recipe I just didn't get it in the list of ingredients. Sorry about that!
