Ingredients

    *Splenda, 48 tsp (remove)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Egg Beaters, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Cloves, ground, .125 tsp (remove)
    *Motts Natural Apple Sauce, .33 cup (remove)

Directions

grease bread machine pan with spray

put in bread machine as recommended by the manufacturer

select quick bread cycle

after 3 min open lid and carefully scrape down sides of pan

close lid and continue with cycle

cool 10min

(120 for 8 slices)

    will be making it with real ingredients, need to find some equivalency charts! with so few recipes to choose from, I need this one to work and if it does, it's going to be my go to base recipe for pumpkin, squash, and carrot loaves, at least! will rate after! - 2/20/16

    Incredible!
    Absolutely fabulous!!!!! I added about 1/4 cup more applesauce to make it a bit more moist. It was wonderful. My family ate the whole loaf before it had a chance to completely cool! I will definitely be making this one often. - 9/29/11
