Ingredients

    1 Arnold's or Oroweat Multi grain Sandwich Thin
    1 large egg
    2.5 oz of Isernios Breakfast Sausage (2.5=80 cals and 2.5 g of fat)
    1 oz of light cheddar (i use celtic cheddar for it's strong taste)
    2 tsp of margarine

Directions

Measure out 2.5 ounces of chicken sausage. Spray cooking spray on your hands so that the sausage doesn't stick. Pat the sausage into a patty. Cook in a nonstick pan until no longer pink. Set aside.

Scramble one egg in same nonstick pan to desired doneness. Set aside.

Measure out 1 ounce cheese. Place on warm sausage to start melting

Toast the sandwich thin. Spread each side with 1 tsp of butter.

Assemble and then put it in your mouth

Say yum. You know you want to.
