Introduction

This was a Lenten standard for us growing up. It is still a nice cost-effective recipe for anyone going for a couple meatless meals a week. Using low-sodium/healthy request soup will make it still healthier. Top with a little Parmesan cheese and serve with a salad, if you want to. We like it all by itself. Ingredients

    8 oz dry macaroni
    1 can (10.25 oz) tomato soup

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, return to pot.

Open can, pour soup into pasta, stir well and serve immediately.

Should make four servings.
