Ingredients

    3 c. frozen, shredded hashbrowns
    3/4 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar
    1 c. Farmland 95% FF diced cooked ham
    2 green onions, sliced thinly
    1 cup egg beaters
    1-1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

Coat a 2 quart baking dish with Pam and line with hashbrowns. Top with cheese, then ham, then onions. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over hashbrown mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
