1 (21 oz) can Apple Pie Filling (No-Sugar Added)
1 (9 Inch) prepared Reduced Fat Graham Craker Crust
1 (8 oz) package Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 (8 oz) package Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Splenda Sugar Blend
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 eggs
1/4 Carmel Topping
Directions
* This is made with reduced fat or fat free/ no sugar added ingredients to keep it low cal and low fat. You can substitute any of the ingredients for it's full fat or sugared equals. When or if you substitute sugar for the Splenda Sugar Blends, use 1/2 cup of sugar.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Reserve 3/4 cup of apple pie filling and set aside.
Spoon remaining pie filling into crust. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar substitute, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and then add the eggs. Mix well. Pour over apple filling in crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes, or until center is set. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
Mix reserve apple filling and carmel topping in a small saucepan. Heat for about 1 minute. Spread evenly over cheesecake, or you can arrange the applie slices to look nicer. Chill until ready to serve.
