2-2.5 lb. LEAN Pork Shoulder (Cook in slow cooker a minimum of 7 hours on low)
Seperately mix the ingredients for homemade BBQ sauce:
2 1/4 cups of Ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
3 tbs Liquid Smoke
Feel free to modify; add Tobasco for some heat and any Bourbon or Whiskey for a nice Southern kick.
