Ingredients

    1 LB LEAN, SIRLOIN PORK CHOPS, BONELESS
    1 CAN HEALTHY CHOICE OR FAT FREE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

Directions

Line a baking dish, 9x9 inch square, with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray. Lay pork chops in pan. Mix can of soup with one can of water, pour oven chops. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until juices run clear.
Serves four, one 4 oz portion with 1/4 cup soup/gravy.

    O.K.
    The soup/gravy was VERY runny. I would recommend only 1/2 can water. Also, do not forget to season the chops or you will have some bland chops. - 11/9/07
