Ingredients

    12 oz. 50% less fat pork sausage
    8 oz. reduced-fat crescent rolls
    1 c. 2% sharp cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 1/4 c. egg substitute

Directions

Brown sausage. Lay out crescent rolls in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Combine eggs, milk, sausage, and cheese and pour over crescents. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set. Makes 12 servings.
