Ingredients

6 Large Raw Shrimp
2 cups Shredded Cabbage
1 cup Chopped Fresh Spinach
******* SAUCE ********
2 tbsp Sugar free Orange Marmalade
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
A Shake or two of Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
Boil Shrimp for 4 minutes, let cool then dice and put in bowl.
Shred the cabbage and Spinach and add to Shrimp.
Mix sauce ingredients separately then add to the Slaw.
Chill in fridge
