Ingredients

    5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom
    1 can rotel
    1 cup chicken broth

    Mix cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, rotel, and chicken broth in a bowl. Place chicken (frozen or thawed) in bottom of crock pot. Pour mixture on top of chicken. Cook on low all day or minimum of 4 hours if frozen chicken.

    Take chicken out and shred. Place back in pot and mix.

    10 servings.

    Can serve with tortillas, on top of chips, rice, etc. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
