Introduction

When I have a hankering for some chocolate, this is what fills my craving. It is small, but it is sooo good! My trick is not to put anything on the pancake-no butter, no syrup, no nothing and it fills me up and fills my craving! When I have a hankering for some chocolate, this is what fills my craving. Ingredients

    1/4 cup dry pancake mix (I use brand that only requires water)
    1/8 cup water
    15 chocolate chips

Directions

Makes 1 pancake

Take 1/4 cup dry pancake mix (the kind that only requires water to be added) and mix it with 1/8 cup water. Pour batter onto hot skillet/pan. Drop 15 chocolate chips individually into wet batter. Cook pancake as you normally would, only flipping once.
