A perfect spread if you want something warm on your sandwich, or a dip. A perfect spread if you want something warm on your sandwich, or a dip.

    half a yam
    1-2 TBS goat yoghurt


Cut the yams into cubes and soften them, either by cooking or nuking in the microwave.
If you opt for the microwave, remember to add a little bit of water so that the fumes will soften the yams and the yams won't burn.
Once soft, remove from the microwave and mash with a fork.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of goat yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice), depending on the consistency you like.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
