Ingredients

    2c 1% milk
    2c oats
    2 large eggs
    1/2c canola oil
    1c all-purpose flour
    1/2c whole wheat flour
    1/2c flax meal
    1/4c sugar
    4tbsp baking powder
    1tsp salt
    1/4c raw sunflower seeds
    3/4 cup raw cranberries

Directions

Mix wet ingredients, beating until smooth. In another bowl, sift together dry ingredients (except seeds and cranberries).

Stir dry ingredients into wet and then mix in seeds and cranberries.

Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until done.
