Ingredients

    1 lb. . boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 lg. onion
    1 Tbsp. Basil
    8 Tbsp. Red cooking wine

Directions

Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat brown chicken breast on both sides. While the chicken is browning, slice the onion, and mix together the basil and wine. Place onion slices on top of chicken, then add wine mixture. Continue cooking over med. heat until wine has evaporated, approx. 20 minutes.

    This was great. I added some brown sugar to make the sauce a bit thicker and served it with a dinner roll. - 11/17/07
