    Incredible!
This dish is simple and delicious. It is a great dish to make when you are in a hurry. Put the chick, in the baking dish and mix all the other ingredients over it except the crackers. Crush them over the whole thing when you are done and stick it in the oven. Delicious! - 5/3/10

Use a rotisserie chicken already cooked and pull the chicken off the bone. I use 1/2 sleeve reduced fat ritz and mix everything together. Put the crumbled ritz on top. I only use a few tbsp of butter that I slice and place on top so that it melts down into the dish as it's baking...delicious!!! - 7/24/08

    Incredible!
I melted the butter, crushed the crackers in a bowl added everything else and then poured over the chicken. My family really liked this meal. Would be good with biscuits I would think. - 6/24/08
