Ingredients

    2# Venison Steak, cubed
    2 Large Potatoes
    Med Onion, diced
    1 tsp Tone's Beef Base
    2.5 C 100% Low-Sodium Vegetable Juice (I used Aldi's brand - but any will work)
    2 1# pkgsFrozen Best Choice Country Blend Vegetables
    1 10oz Frozen peas (any brand is fine)
    Seasoned Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Peel & cube potatoes, cube venison steak & brown in skillet with chopped onion. Add potatoes, venison, onion & vegetable juice to crockpot. Dissolve beef base in one cup water & add to crockpot. Add more water if needed to make stew consistency. Cook until potatoes are near soft & add thawed vegetables (2 bags country blend & 1 bag peas) to mixture. Cook until venison & potatoes are done (4-6 hours). Makes about 20 - 1 cup servings.
