Introduction
I asked my husband to make a meatloaf with some ground beef we had in the fridge. This was his awesome creation - best I've ever had. Times were for handformed meatloaf, not in a pan. Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean
1 tsp Olive Oil
1.5 tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 C Onions, chopped
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 C Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 C Plain Bread crumbs
2 tbsp Steak Seasoning (mostly black pepper)
4 tbsp coarse ground Mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 deg
On stovetop, saute onions and garlic in oil.
Deglaze pan with a splash of vinegar.
Mix all ingredients together, including stovetop ingredients, and form into loaf shape (or put in loaf pan).
Bake at 400 deg for 30-40 minutes (internal temperature of 160 deg).
