55#category=818&subcategory=. I found that by adding mushrooms and tomatoes, it added more vegetables and bulked it up. Their recipe says 4 servings, but with my modifications, I thought it made 6 very respectable sized portions, especially if you're planning on pairing it with a salad.

Ingredients

    1.5 chicken breast, no skin, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tub Philly Cooking Cream Italian Cheese & Herb
    3/4 c. milk
    1 can (14.5 oz) no salt added diced tomatoes
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. Kraft 2% shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 c. Barilla Plus Bowtie Pasta
    4 T. bacon, in pieces

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
2. Cook pasta according to directions on box.
3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 6 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Stir in all remaining ingredients except bacon.
4. Spoon into 1-1/2 qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
5. Bake 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering and sprinkling with bacon after 15 min.
