Used Panko Bread crumbs. Seasoned w/garlic and onion powder w/italian seasoning. Very good.

    Incredible!
This recipe inspired me. Instead of the herbs listed, I used McCormick's Perfect Pinch Garlic and Herb, Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning, celery flakes and Italian seasoning. The breading was sparse, but the flavor was great. I did only 3 breasts, full amount of breading, and it wasn't fully breaded. - 9/12/12

    Incredible!
This is delicious and easy. I will use this with a salad and as an appetizer with either marinara or ranch dressing.
