Ingredients

    Swordfish
    Ahi Tuna
    Sea scallops
    2 Bell peppers - of your choice
    10 medium mushrooms of your choice
    1/2 onion
    12 cherry or grape tomatoes - keep whole
    Old Bay seasoning - season to taste
    Wesson vegetable oil - brush kabobs

Directions

Before placing fish/vegetables on skewers soak them in water ( if using wooden ones) to prevent them from burning on the grill
Cut fish and vegetables (except for tomatoes) in chunks that you can easily skewer.
Place items on skewer to your preferance with at least 3-4 pieces of fish peices of fish per skewer.
Brush each skewer with oil than season with Old Bay per your taste.
Grill on each side for about 3-4 minutes.
Goes well over rice (rice not included in calorie count).
