Ingredients

    2 large apples, peeled and sliced
    1 pear, peeled and sliced
    2 cups whole cranberries
    juice from 1/2 lime
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup oats
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    5 tbsp butter, softened
    2 tbsp ground flax seed, optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine apples, pears, cranberries, lime juice, sugar and salt. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Combine oats,brown sugar, flour and flax seed. Cut in butter. Spoon over the fruit mixture.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 60 minutes or until fruit is tender.

I recommend honeycrisp apples. They were delicious in this recipe.
