Introduction

Taco seasonings all seem to include MSG, so I went with Fajita seasoning instead. Tuns out fajita seasoning also has less sodium than low-sodium taco seasoning. Ingredients

    1 package (20.8 oz) Shady Brook Farms 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey
    1 pkg. elRio Fajita seasoning mix
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 Tbl. olive oil

Directions

Saute onion in olive oil until soft. Add ground turkey and cook breaking up clumps until no longer pink in the middle. Serve with whatever toppings you desire (no included in nutrition info).
