3 oz. of ginger root
6 cups water
6 green tea bags
1 cup mint leaves
Directions
Take the sliced ginger root and water and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add mint and tea bags, let steep for 15 minutes.
Strain the liquid and store in the refrigerator until chilled.
Enjoy!
Optional, add honey or lemon to taste, calories not included in recipe.
