Ingredients

1 c. Israeli (Pearl) Couscous
2 c. chicken broth
1 T garlic
.25 c. chopped onion (finely chopped)
1 T butter
.5 t cayenne pepper
.5 t singapore seasoning (penzy's spices)
Directions
melt butter in pot (same kind of pot you would use to cook rice-- must have good tight, cover!)
add onion, garlic and sautee until soft and tasty.
add couscous and sautee until couscous begins to lightly brown and give off a nutty smell (about 5 minutes on low to low-med heat)
add chicken broth and seasonings, stir, bring to a boil.
turn down to simmer, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
remove from heat, uncover and stir. recover and let sit for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with chicken and veggies. YUM!
