I love caeser dressing. I wanted a recipe for it using non-fat Greek yogurt. Its delicious. I love caeser dressing. I wanted a recipe for it using non-fat Greek yogurt. Its delicious.

Ingredients

    4 oz Anchovy fillets(with oil)
    4-5 Garlic cloves
    3 Tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 C Non Fat Milk
    1/4 C Non Fat Greek Yogurt, plain
    1/4 C TJ's Romano & Parmesean cheese, grated
    Kosher salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

In a food processor, add anchovies, garlic cloves and EVOO. Blend till made into a paste. Add milk, yogurt, parmesean and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend till smooth.
