Ingredients

    10 oz. frozen broccoli
    1 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey (light meat)
    1 can (10.75 oz) broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 cup 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp dry bread crumbs
    1 tbsp margarine, melted

Directions

Place broccoli and chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish or 9" pie plate. In a bowl, mix soup and milk, then pour mixture over broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle cheese over the soup mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs mixed with margarine.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

    I used less of the creamy sauce/more of the broccoli and turkey. Easy to make, and a good way to use the leftovers and to get veggies into the family's food plan. - 11/27/07
