Raw oat groats or raw buckwheat, soaked overnight
Raw pumpkin seeds, soaked overnight
Raw sunflower seeds, soaked overnight
Raw dates, chopped
Apple, chopped
Nutritional yeast flakes
Cinnamon (organic)
Directions
Soak nuts and buckwheat. I do them all overnight (nuts and seeds in one container, buckwheat in another), then rinse 3 times in the morning. The buckwheat might need extra rinsing - just until the water runs clear.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve with whatever kind of other raw fruit strikes your fancy and some raw nut milk (or soy, or cow or goat).
