Ingredients

    6-8 clementines, peeled and sectioned
    12 watermelon radishes, sliced very thinly
    1 T. cilantro
    3 T. fresh clementine juice
    2 tsp. water (if needed)
    1 tsp. powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt (if needed)
    1 small red onion, sliced into thin rings

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate at least 30 minutes at room temp before serving.
