Ingredients

    1 cup KA AP flour
    3/4 cup KA White Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 cup Mandy's Granola
    1 cup diced granny smith apple
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    0.5 tsp Kosher salt
    1 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup dark brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 tbsp canola oil
    1 large egg

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately ( I mix the sugars and fruits with the wet ingredients), spray a muffin tin with oil and fill to 3/4 full. Bake at 400F for 24 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the tops are nicely browned. Cool on wire rack.

Serving Size: Makes 6 large or 12 small muffins
