1 cup toasted buckwheat groats (kasha)
1 cup mixed raisins and chopped dates
4 cups grape juice
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup soybean flour
½ cup brown rice flour
½ cup whole-wheat pastry flour
1 cup rolled oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Bring the buckwheat groats, dried fruit and juice to a boil.
