Introduction

An easy-to-make snack that is great to take on the go for a pick-me-up when hunger hits. Really filling and really delicious. An easy-to-make snack that is great to take on the go for a pick-me-up when hunger hits. Really filling and really delicious.
Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    I Cup Peanut Butter
    1 Cup Honey
    1 Cup Protein Powder
    1 Cup Oatmeal
    1 Cup ground flax seed
    1 Cup Craisins
    1 Cup Granola

Directions

Mix 1 Cup each of Peanut Butter, Honey, and Whey Protein Powder (can use Vanilla or Chocolate).

Then Mix in 4 dry ingredients--1 cup of each. I use oatmeal, granola, craisins, and flax seed. Other Ideas: chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, etc.

Roll into balls and refrigerate.

Serving Size: Makes 48 balls.
