    2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

1 cup tightly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp freshly minces ginger root (or 1/4 tsp powdered)

This sauce is awesome!!! I made it exactly like the recipe said to and it came out great! I poured it over Morningstar "Chicken" Nuggets, rice and lots of veggies :) - 2/18/09

Excellent! I grilled up some chicken and cut it up, served over brown rice with the sauce over the top. Even my 11 year old daughter loved it...a little spicy but delicious...not sure I could get 12 servings, we only got 4. Definately will make again! - 10/26/08

I used half the amount of sugar but kept everything else the same. It lowered the calories and turned out great. It was slightly runny, but that made it easier to use less. It worked out to 40 calories for 12 servings. - 3/16/10
