Ingredients

10 OZ Angel Food Cake
8 TBS Fat Free Cream Cheese
4 OZ Low Fat Cream Cheese
1/2 C Sugar or Splenda
1 tsp Vanilla
2 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa
1 OZ Semi Sweet Chocolate, Finely Grated
4 fl oz Espresso or strong coffee
Tips
* I used a little extra coffee to saturate the bottom and I sprinkle chocolate on every layer.

Directions
Using a serated knife cut cake into 4 layers
Place first layer in the bottom of the plastic lid the cake came in, poor the espresso on the bottom layer evenly.
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cocoa once combined spread in thin layer then place another section and repeat. Once all of the cake is back into the lid and covered in the cream cheese spread sprinkle the grated chocolate on top.
Place in fridge for 2 hrs before servine, Cut into 8 slices.
