    Strawberries, Bananas, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Skim Milk, (Mango, Kiwi and other fruit optional)

Tips

I add different fruit every time, I usually use frozen banana, but if I only have fresh I add some ice to give the smoothie some texture.


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
