    1 cup Natural pb
    1/2 cup Honey
    2 cups dry oatmeal
    1 cup milk (I used organic soy)
    5 scoops of protein powder

Directions

Simply wait for them to harden in the fridge and eat!

Serving Size: I used and 8X8 pan. going to cut into small portions to keep calories down
