Introduction
These are so easy, use no oil, SUPER healthy & DE-LISH!! These are so easy, use no oil, SUPER healthy & DE-LISH!!Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Organic Cane Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
3/4 cup Un-Sweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup Un-Sweetened Applesauce
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Tips
For those days when your sweet tooth is knocking just replace blueberries with your favorite non-dairy chocolate chips!
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir in Almond Milk, Applesauce, Vanilla and Cinnamon.
Fold in blueberries.
Fill muffin cups with large spoon in a muffin tray.(I actually prefer to just grease the muffin tray and skip the muffin cups because they tend to break apart when you try to take off the paper)
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
Serves: Makes 8 Muffins
