Ingredients

    2 gala apples, diced(or pineapple)
1/2 medium onion. diced (or more)
    4 cloves garlic, sliced

    24 oz Tomato Paste
    2 cups water
    1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

6 packets Stevia(or brown sugar, molasses, agave nectar etc. if you don't need it to be 'sugar' free)
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp liquid hickory smoke
    1 tsp braggs soy sauce
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    salt to taste

Tips

I like mine thick, so add more water if you like it to be thinner. If you do, you may need to add extras of other ingredients.

Directions

Saute apples, onion and garlic over medium heat for about 5 min.Transfer to a pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat, covered and stirring occasionally for roughly 30 minutes.

Take pot off heat. Use an immersion blender to blend everything together. Place pot back on heat and cook, covered on low-med heat for 10 minutes longer or more.

Portion and freeze(keep one portion out for use now) in bags or containers for later use. Enjoy!
