    Black Beans
    Brown Rice
    Multi-colored Bell Pepper and onions
    Chicken Breast
    Olive Oil
    Seasoning salt
    Black pepper
    Crushed red pepper

Tips

I prefer fresh veggies for a little crunch

I usually use shrimp....much more flavor

Quick and simple. I serve it at get togethers because I have friends that have glutten allergies.


Directions

Cook Brown Rice
Dice Chicken add seasoning, sautee in olive oil
Add Peppers and onion
Heat Black beans

Layer 1/2 cup of rice, then beans, then chicken/veggies
