Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground turkey 93% lean
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 medium green chile, finely chopped
    2 T. cilantro leaves, chopped
    1 t. chile powder
    1/2 t. garam masala
    salt to taste
    1/2 lg. egg, lightly beaten

Tips

These can be shape into mini logs also.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Knead like dough, then let rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Mold mixture into patties about 1/4" thick and 2" diameter.
Preheat a hot griddle on stove top and cook 3-5 minutes a side in as little oil as needed.
