Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef (preferably grass-fed)
    1 large egg
    1 apple
    1 small onion
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 tbsp ground mustard powder
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tbsp parsley
    1/2 tbsp basil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
2. Chop Apples, Onion and Garlic and add to food processor
3. Then add in all other ingredients
4. Press mixture into a loaf pan
5. Bake for 45-60 minutes
6. Let cool, serve and enjoy!


Serving Size: Cut into 4 large pieces.
