    1c. pumpkin seeds, cleaned and dried
    1t. cinnamon
    1/2t. ground ginger
    1/2t. ground allspice
    3T. butter, melted


Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread seeds on a cookie sheet and coat with butter. Sprinkle cinnamon, ginger, and allspice over seeds. Place in oven, stirring ever five minutes. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving Size: 4 quarter cup servings
