Ingredients

    1/2c. canned pumpkin
    1lg. egg white
    2t. granulated sugar
    2T. cinnamon

Tips

Add a some whipped cream if you want, or some non-fat yogurt with roasted nuts makes a great topping too.


Directions

Combine all ingrediants into a blender and blend until smooth. Place in a microwavable dish and microwave on high for two minutes. Cool slightly and serve.
