Ingredients

    2 cups dry chick peas- boil in 6 cups of water for 30 min
    1 14 oz diced tomotoes
    2 cups onion diced
    1 cup clery chopped
    1 cup green peopper or what is on hand
    1/4 cup taco season

Tips

serve over 2 oz of whole wheat spagetti per person and 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce per person
freeze extra suace for later use


Directions

place onions, celery and peppers in a pot and cook until brown, add the tomoatoes and taco seasoning, let simmer about 5 min, add the peas just before serving
