Introduction
This is a recipe I devised when I had little in the fridge but it turned out to be very tasty! This is a recipe I devised when I had little in the fridge but it turned out to be very tasty!Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

I.5 table spoon of chicken stock granules dissolved in 1.5cups of boiling water (350ml)
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium with outer leaves removed
Onions, raw, 1 large, sliced
Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf, 2
Oregano, ground, 0.5 tbsp
Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
Dijon Mustard, .5 tsp (optional)
Ground turkey mince, 93% lean, 9 oz (250g)
2.5 cup of water

Please feel free to critique, I am no chef, I just thought this was a quick tasty healthy meal that could be shared but am open to comment or suggestions. :)
Directions
1. Pour oil on the pan, heat and then remove excess oil with paper so just enough to cover pan in a sheen remains.
2. Brown turkey mince with onions and then add mushrooms as the mince loses its raw look.
3. Transfer to a large pot,pour in chicken stock on top and let the juices enter the meat.
4. Add the cabbage and another 2.5 cups of water or enough to cover the cabbage almost.
5. Add the herbs and spices.
6. Simmer for 10 minutes.
7.Add salt and pepper to your taste.
8. Serve
Best left in the fridge over night to absorb flavours properly from my experience.
