Introduction

Easy and very thick! Easy and very thick!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup skim milk
    1 can pure pumpkin 15 oz
    1/2 box sugar free fat free instant pudding butterscotch
    allspice and cinnaman seasonings to taste.
    at least a tablespoon of each.
    Add sugar twin brown sugar to taste.

Directions

Add milk, pumpkin to pan and stir - this is a very thick soup - add pudding and stir.
Add remaining ingrediants to your own taste.
Heat and stir until warm.
I made this after having dental surgury and could not have solid food. It really hit the spot!
Makes 2 nice size servings = to 3 weight watcher points. Enjoy!

    Just wanted 2 share that i made this & it was fantastic. It was easy 2 make & didnt take that much time 2 do, even with 3 kids running about. I will definitly make it again, Very yummy...     It does seam more like eating pie filling which is a really great treat. I ate in while preparing all the thanksgiving day pies and it helped me to avoiding licking all the other bowls and spoons - 11/25/09
