Introduction

Very similar to olive garden, but without the refined pasta! Very similar to olive garden, but without the refined pasta!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can white beans
    .5 package of frozen spinach
    2 cups of carrots
    2 cups of celery
    2 cups of onion
    1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
    6 cups beef broth
    8 oz pasta (I used corn - smaller pasta works better, not big long noodles)

Tips

If you double the pasta, it becomes a delicious (but unintentional) pasta meal, with some parmesan cheese!


Directions

Brown ground beef. Put everything but pasta into crock pot (chop the veggies). Wait until 30-60 mins before and put in pasta. Enjoy!

    Its good but could use a little extra seasonings. - 1/16/13
