1 cup Egg Beaters
One quarter cup reduced fat cheddar cheese-shredded
Directions
Saute spinach and garlic on stove top-coat pan with olive oil cooking spray
Using a small casserole dish, coat with cooking spray, layer bottom with spinach, pour egg beaters over spinach, layer with cheese. Cook at 400 for 20 minutes. Should be bubbling and rising.
