Ingredients

    6 large hard boiled eggs
    1/4 cup Hellman's Light Mayonaisse
    2 tablespoons hot dog relish*
    Paprika

Tips

*I use my own zucchini relish for these.


Directions

Slice eggs in half and scoop out the yolks. Mash up the yolks with a fork, add the mayonaisse and relish. Mix with a mixer and put egg mixture in the egg halves. Sprinkle tops with paprika. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
